At Integra Direct Primary Care, we believe that healthcare is more than just checkups and prescriptions—it’s about showing up for people in meaningful ways, especially when life gets hard. That’s why each year, we donate 10% of our anniversary month revenue to local organizations making a real and lasting impact in our community.
This annual tradition is one way we live out our values of compassion, connection, dignity, and whole-person care. Over the years, we’ve invited our members to suggest organizations close to their hearts. In 2025, we chose to support a few of those thoughtful recommendations we hadn’t been able to fund previously—and added one very special organization in memory of someone dear to me.
Dr. Charles Carrier, a trusted colleague and mentor, was instrumental in bringing me to Manchester back in 1992 to join Tarrytown Internal Medicine. I had the honor of working alongside him for the last decade of my fee-for-service career. This year, we included a donation in honor of his late wife, Tracey Dahle Carrier, whose generous spirit and love for the arts continues through her legacy fund at the Currier Museum of Art.
We’re proud to support the following four organizations this year:
🦋 Friends of Aine – Center for Grieving Children & Families
This nonprofit provides free, peer-based grief support for children and families coping with the death of a loved one. Through group programs and activity-based healing, they help young people process their loss, develop healthy coping skills, and realize they are not alone. Their vision is powerful: a world where no child grieves alone.

🎭 Palace Youth Theatre – Palace Theatre, Manchester, NH
Palace Youth Theatre offers students in grades 2–12 a place to shine. Through the performing arts, kids develop confidence, creativity, teamwork, and emotional resilience. It’s a nurturing space where every child—especially those who don’t feel at home in sports or academics—can feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.

🖼 Tracey Carrier Membership Legacy Fund – Currier Museum of Art
This fund was established in honor of Tracey Dahle Carrier, a beloved Membership Manager at the Currier. It helps fund intimate, curated experiences for museum members that foster deeper connections and relationships to art and community. It’s a lasting tribute to someone who made people feel welcomed, enriched, and part of something meaningful.
